After washing my hair at home, it looks as if I attempted to cut it in the dark myself. Despite having a straightforward and simple haircut, I've never seen a hairstylist making so many attempts to get it right and still not being right. Adding to that, she seemed a bit too preoccupied with another customer.

I have visited twice and the reception staff are always very friendly. I got my hair cut by Chester who is absolutely fabulous - his attention to detail with his haircuts is impeccable and you can tell he takes pride in his work. I would highly recommend him to anyone!

Chester did an amazing job of getting my very dark naturally black hair to an ash brown colour. Other salons have turned away my Asian hair before when I have told them I want to lighten it. The consultation beforehand was really helpful too.

The salon is absolutely beautiful and well equipped to high standards.I had my hair done by Viola ,she is the best hairdresser out there and all staff are friendly and kind.Felt at easy and well looked after from Viola and the team.Left the salon very happy and with gorgeous hair .Will be back soon for sure.Would highly recommend this salon.
