The staff of this store are amazing, So polite, so friendly. They are perfect. However, when this store plays the role of a third party, they are not the best. I used to collect my Shein packages from this store. Shein uses Evri application. In the email that I receive from Evri, it mentiones that I have to bring my ID but they don't mention that I have to sign for collecting my package. However, this store refuses to let us collecting our packages without signing on their phone. Of course, they are asking us to sign on a blank screen without any information. So we could sign for anything. It is not normal where Evri doesn't ask us to sign. I have asked the store's manager who told me that it is Evri's rule but it has no proof about that.

I am a loyal and trustworthy customer to this branch and they way I get treated is terrible because I am a teenager. I went for a energy drink and I am of age and the worker said you had to be 25 to buy it, which is completely wrong because you have to be 16 then I had to ask for manager. Not only, I’m I wasting the managers times I am wasting my own time and the people behind me in the queue because the worker was not trained properly about Challenge 25.

IMPORTANT this is a FRANCHISE not a real Tesco PRICES COST 15% MORE THAN Tesco proper (which is 5 mins up the road southwards from express Tesco) you WILL GET ADVERTISED TESCO PRODUCE AT price shown in advert. BUT THE REST IS 15‰ MORE. COSTALOT not operating under regular Tesco protocol. Beware of extra costs due to this franchise.

this is the first time i've reviewed a shop but i'm tired of the same thing every night. ive been shopping here for years but im shopping elsewhere from now on. every night i come in i have to flag down a member of staff to serve me on the checkout. its humiliating and it honestly makes me feel bad to have to constantly interrupt them. how hard is it to have someone man the till? theres never anyone on it. plus there has been plenty of times theyre out of bags completely which has left me in an awkward spot multiple times. it used to be an okay place but now its a horrible experience coming here avoid

Hangs snacks with gluten between the racks on the gluten free aisle, and now I will lie down and be I’ll for 24 hours. Yes it’s my fault for not checking, but also I assumed they would be careful about the free from section.

A great supermarket near Edinburgh university. Almost all items are available at a competitive pricing compared to other supermarkets around. Even liquor pricing are cheaper compared to other around. The staffs are helpful and friendly.There is not a great selection due to the space in the shop, however, it has much more choice than the Sainsbury's nearby.
