Fantastic little cafe. Fresh made baguettes. Friendly staff. A great place to grab stuff for a packed lunch if going on a coach tour from Johnston Terrace.

Just popped in for a sweet. I ordered a hot chocolate, which was just Cadbury powder, sadly, and a small chocolate cannoli, which was pretty good. I would give 5 stars for service, though, as the two ladies running the counter were absolutely lovely, very personable and funny!

Fantastic hot chocolate at an affordable £3.90 in this cozy Edinburgh cafe! Loved the warmth on this rainy day. Great service, and the option to leave a tip is a thoughtful touch. Will be back for sure!

Very close to the castle. But avoid at all cost.The staff are not friendly.Basic coffee tasted uselsss and the pain Au chocolate which is 4£ ( I agree the price being high due to the location) tasted worse than the ones at Tescos

Popped in to get some food after a long walk, was greeted with a smile and recommendations on what to try. Pastries were on sale since they were closing early, and they were absolutely delicious.Sat outside on the street next to the gorgeous clock tower as well.10/10 would visit again

Lovely place, hand sanitation and masks used. Reasonably priced and delicious sandwiches. Coffee was costa-quality but for cheaper which is a bargain. Owner very friendly and hospitable. Cold drink available. Also serves breakfast. We had toasted baguettes which were delicious. Would definitely recommend!

Staff were very rude to me and my young daughter. Extreemly uncalled for an unexpected. I recommend giving this place a hard pass.

Guy making the coffee was super sweet. The coffee was delicious. They have sandwiches starting when they open for people who don't like traditional breakfast food. Couple of seats outside as well!

I’m giving this cafe a 5 star since they open early and that’s perfect! Because they can accommodate tourists/people who will be having a group tour or highlands tour early morning at 0800. They have pastries to choose from and they offer hot drinks as well.

Really delicious sandwiches, which they grill and make hot. There's not much seating space, so great for takeaway. The soup was fantastic as well.
