Today, we took our three dogs down to be registered and checked over by their new vet. From my initial phone call, to having been seen today was 5 star. All dogs checked over, history discussed and one procedure booked in to be done. Plenty of time of time given to each dog, and no rushing you and out of the door. Thank you for restoring my faith

Great Vets practice, their prices are very convenient and their services worth them. Nice, competent and sympathetic vets and nurses, they were lovely with our puppies.The practice looks smart, new and clean, everyone is welcoming.It's best to ring the practice to book an appointment , receptionist are very helpful. They are located next to the a19 and there is a big car park just outside. We were extremely pleased with their services. Highly recommended.

A few months ago I brought in some kittens that we found on our farm that had cat flu… we had taken the feral mother in to help her with her kittens as this was during the heat wave….. we didn’t have the funds to get all seven kittens vaccinated ourselves so we brought them into this vets on the hopes that they could help us. (we had already been to the Blue Cross and a couple other vets but we was sent away) The lady at the reception was extremely helpful given us various different contact numbers to people across North Yorkshire that could help get the mother neutered and the vet very kindly said she would have a look at the kittens she checked their airways and listened to the hearts and also weighed them individually…. She then gave them a steroid injection which saved their lives because within hours these kittens were bouncing about the place like nothing had happened! I’m so grateful to this vets and that amazing kind vet that helped us.. if they hadn’t have stepped in I think all of the kittens would have passed away! They are now all happily rehomed living with my cousin and are very much loved since the injection they haven’t had any other flareups of cat flu! So so great full… what an amazing team of people with the biggest hearts of gold, Thankyou!!!

Sadly we only used these vets at the end of our dogs life, as we are new to the area. Ann and her team were amazing, they made what was an awful time the very best it could be. Hats off to you all. We really appreciate everything.

Can't fault Mat is fantastic in the way he cares for your pet both physically and emotionally. He is just down to earth with the animals in his care and is knowledgeable and he is good with the person bringing the animal to

A veterinary surgery that doesn't smell like one! There's no harsh disinfectant smell. My dog used to tremble when visiting the vet, he doesn't here. Lovely friendly reception staff, she(apologies for not remembering your name) came into the waiting area to offer the pets treats, how kind.It's a very relaxed atmosphere, my dog wasn't stressed before seeing the vet. Again, the vet was calm and relaxed with my dog making nothing seem out of the ordinary. Just chatting away casually whist examining my dog and discussing the way forward.Great visit, refreshing to have a surgery like this. Its sister practice in Wetherby is the same too.
