Good place with all you need for a good time nearby beach. Good and big bathroom. Small dinner room/kitchen due to be the top flat.

Very good for a day or two. Apartment is nice and warm. We stayed for longer, so only cleaned once a week. Small pets allowed.

Very warm welcome received at the Alum Chine Beach House - the Guest apartment was clean, bright, and airy as you would expect from a coastal type accommodation. The decor is modern and all fixtures and amenities in good working order. I will definitely look to return to this accomodation when I next visit the Coast near Alum Chine. Thank you to the Hosts for a Very Pleasant stay.

Stayed here for 1 week in July 2021 and the apartment was excellent, very clean with plenty of room. Well organised and really close to the beach (5 minutes walk). Would definitely recommend.

Lovely place, great service, close to the beach & extremely clean! Easy access key fob, complementary bits in the kitchen and easy access parking spaces were appreciated little extras.It was our first trip to Bournemouth & we'll definitely come again. Thank you!

Amazing , couldn’t fault our stay ! Owners were very helpful in checking everything was ok for our stay and giving us necessary info , the place was clean and comfortable , with everything we needed for our stay , Will definitely be returning and would recommend!

Alum Chine Beach House
Very clean and spacious apartment handy for the beach, 20mins walk to the town plenty of utensils and fridge had a couple of soft cans, beer and a single bottle of water. Tea bags and sugar provided, beds and pillows/quilts were comfy shower in one bedroom wouldn't run warm and toilet seat was loose. Squeaky floorboards and could hear neighbours walking around. Lounge area was comfy and nice warm radiators . Would reccommend for short stays.
