Vanessa, Seb and team all contributed in helping us give our beautiful Mum a perfect farewell. Very professional, caring and sympathetic in the way they helped and guided us through everything. Kim on the day was also extremely professional. Charles also did a fantastic job. The flowers were also stunning, just as we wanted. From start to finish the service and support received from Seb was 100%. Professional at all times but always sympathetic, caring and very friendly. Seb listened to exactly what was wanted and never tried to change any details or put on a hard sale. All appointments were done at home and at times that were convenient to ensure there were always at least 2 family members present, even if that ment leaving his family to come to us. The whole ethos of stockman and loram is quite simply perfect. At a time when life is difficult because of grief they really do take the pressure off. No one ever wants to think about what will happen when a loved one passes, but contacting stockman and loram for us was by far the best thing we done. Thank you once again for everything you done for the family.
