About the Business
The Smokehouse | The Smokehouse is an intimate 70-cap live music venue in the heart of Ipswich. Since opening in 2016 The Smokehouse has hosted over 200 acts per year curated by local, regional, and national artists and promoters. When not being used as a music venue, the space is used by Out Loud Music who offer alternative learning for children and adults with disabilities and mental health issues.

What a fantastic venue. Very friendly staff and a great atmosphere. Met lots of great people here and have only been twice. The sound system is plenty good enough for all genres of music and there is also air conditoning.

Brilliant and intimate venue with really lovely staff. And the gig, October Drift, was amazing. Whoop whoop! Also has affordable parking right next door.
