I had my hair done today by Martina. She was lovely so experienced with hair and give me such amazing advice. I had a wash and curly blow dry. She did one amazing job my hair was gorgeous I left the store with beautiful loose waves and my hair felt like silk. I absolutely loved it. Would definitely recommend a trip here. I will definitely be back. The seat were so comfortable they even raised the legs for you when getting your hair washed and the head massage was so relaxing. 100% amazing experience. Thankyou Martina for the awesome job you done will recommend you and the store to everyone. GREAT EXPERIENCE.

Daughter gets her hair done here and its much more private than you would think! Once you are inside, its like the abbey centre disappears lol very good price for children's cuts during the week and lovely staff :)

Got an amazing blow dry today, it couldn’t have went any better, exactly how I wanted it!! However, not a single member of staff that walked past me smiled. The manager walked past me multiple times and could never once produce a smile! Not a nice environment to be in when you’re getting an amazing blow dry from an amazing member of staff. I hope she takes this into consideration for the future. She let her teams costumer service front down big time. Thanks again for my beautiful blow dry though. However, I won’t be back unless she cracks a smile

Absolutely amazing service!! Was a genuine pleasure having my hair done by Rebekah. Very friendly and chatty, really makes you feel at ease, and I was so happy with my hair at the end. It looked amazing, probably the best it ever has!! Fantastic service, fantastic stylist,and a fantastic finished hair do. One delighted customer!

Christine is absolutely amazing! Perfect experience from start to finish. The first ever time since I moved to Northern Ireland in 2014 that someone has asked if I have any hair or scalp issues and then proceeded to ask me if there's certain products that effects my issues! Not to mention the massage chairs are brilliant and completely relax you! Probably won't get a cut for another 8-10months but will definitely becin to get a hair treatment and blow dry!
