Summer and Lola, Budleigh

I've been getting my haircut here for a while now and haven't had a bad experience. Abbie and Mark have always been very inviting, friendly and I haven't been disappointed by a cut. Their late opening times have also been incredibly helpful and both salons are nice places to be. I have no complaints

I had a wet cut and blow dry with Izzy She’s fantastic! She even fixed my mistake that I made with my hair before coming in to the salon. The only booking system works perfectly with my anxiety (so I don’t need to make a phone call to book an appointment)

I live in London but have had Mel at Summer & Lola cut my hair a few times now, while visiting relatives in Budleigh. Have nothing but positive comments to make about her - welcoming, friendly, a very patient and skillful hairdresser. I didn't have anything complicated done, but I have unruly hair! Recommended for locals and visitors/tourists. Book in advance though as she was fully booked for the whole 2 weeks I was visiting, just managed to squeeze me in for a wet cut!

Excellent service from Mel as always in this spotless salon. The team are very welcoming and Mel my stylist, always takes time to check my expectations at each visit.Her skill with colour ensures I receive many compliments and her cutting and styling have helped me feel good in these uncertain times.I cannot recommend the team highly enough if you want friendly but professional treatment in a clean, modern salon.The men in our family use Mark, one the two excellent Barbers also available.It’s a one stop shop too as they sell all the hair care products we need, men and women and they have Gift Vouchers ideal for Christmas presents for the men in my life!!

Mark is a genius, Ive been to many many places around the uk (to get a trim, (London especially) mark is number 1 hairdresser by a long stretch. The salon is also just a very comfortable environment to be in. Would highly recommend for any cut. ♥️

I have only been to Summer and Lola in Exmouth, but I am local to Budleigh. I have been getting my hair cut regularly by Mark for over two years and he has always done an amazing job! I could not begin to imagine going anywhere else! The staff are always professional, friendly and very committed. The store is always very clean and has a nice welcoming atmosphere. Highly recommended.
