Excellent product and service. Very expensive compared to independent shoe repairs

We arrived on Sunday afternoon with our baby to take some passport photos for her. The young man working there (Don't know his name unfortunately), was so patient and helpful, and took his time to do his best even though my baby was crying. We got some great photos as well in the end! Such a great experience! Thank you!!!

Very poor service, had to wait for him to get back from somewhere, charged the customer before me my bill, and then took a while sorting it. He wouldn't accept my £10 note because it had a split in it and i had to exchange at the Tesco customer service, before completing my purchase. And not particularly pleasant or apologetic under the circumstances

Craig provided excellent customer service. He even fixed a common fault that’s notoriously difficult to fix!Highly recommend his services for fixing iPhones!

While there are no issues with other services such as key cutting, the fact that Timpson now charge £25 for a replacement watch battery under the coverage of a life time guarantee (a quartz watch will not last this long), and that they have to ‘pressure check it’ (not all of us are deep sea divers), is far too expensive for what is a part costing less than £1.Some customers just want a simple battery change on a watch that is of low value, not a service that is more expensive than the watch itself. Will never use again. Did it myself using a battery and kit from Amazon. Grand total £8.
