I've been trying all day to cancel an x-ray appointment next week, doing my best to free up a space for someone who needs it! Sorry , but after spending 2 hours on hold throughout the day I've given up....

Mum had behind eye screening at eye test on 14.01.23 which showed abnormality and referral was made; chased this up numerous times - last time in October and was advised they were sending out appt letters to those referrals made in January and Mum was on the list ... we still haven't heard from them. Tried to call but it just rings for ages before being cut off! This is not good!!!

They provide a special, compassionate, heart wrenching, caring, professional, supportive, informative, patient oriented, detailed and personal service it looks like a hospital, smells like a hospital, feels like a hospital is quiet like a hospital but they put there all into trying to heal. Amazing, professional, kind and experienced consultant in Orsett outpatient department. I am so grateful for the time and attention has given me. Staff was extremely polite. Smooth service throughout. Comfortable and clean hospital. Thank you!

I have been waiting for over a year just to get an appointment. The staff is really rude whenever i call to ask. They get rude for no reason even on the letter it stated to call the department by January 2023 if no appointment is been booked. Its been 11 months since no appointment has been made. Whenever i call the dermatology department, the phone is never connected

System to book blood tests is not fit for purpose. Walk-ins are usually turned away. Such a shame this place used to be brilliant, now it’s rubbish.

I have just returned from Orsett hospital Orthopaedic department where my wife who had an appointment to see Mr. Waheed.I can only say the staff and Mr,Waheed were excellent. We are so often easy to criticise but not too good at credit. MrWaheed ‘s bedside manner and professionalism with my wife was brilliant.Well done the whole staff at the Orthopaedic dept.

Went in for a referral Xray, all fast, However GP surgery hasn’t had the results back in a month as they have sent them to the wrong place and been absolutely no help at all, hours spent on hold, passed around from person to person with no-one willing to hear me out

No direct dial number to let them know you are stuck in a traffic jam. Got there after 1hr 15mins journey took 3x longer than it should have done. Lady said she can reschedule to 11:55 so I walked out to car park to check with Partner (driving) this was OK with him. Went back in to book this appt and the receptionist clicked on the computer then bluntly announced it's gone" with an evil smile on her face. "I can do 3:15...". I had already told her I have an appt in N. London this afternoon... It has taken far too long to get this appt

Quite smart and clean but a rabbit warren. Signage not very good so you wander around a lot. Also poorer than Basildon and Southend on sticking to appointment times.
