We left a 50th Wedding Anniversary present a little to the last minute (!) so emailed to asked if they could engrave a Pewter Jug within a week. Angela was incredibly helpful and answered my email straight away even though it was Sunday and they delivered the jug, engraved 1 day early. Really happy with the product and the customer service. Will certainly use again.

It was our 15th wedding anniversary, which is crystal, so we decided to get a present between us.We were very happy with the service provided, but the icing on the cake was the quality of the product.

I was recommenced Inkerman London for leaving presents for staff at school. I cannot recommend them more highly. Angela was friendly, very efficient and nothing was too much trouble! We had three lovely gifts all engraved. They came beautifully wrapped and everyone was thrilled with their presents!

The product is lovely and just as described, lovely quality and beautifully presented.What impressed me the most was the delivery flexibility, I was able to change the date and location of the delivery, which was great as unexpected travel plans came up. I will definitely order from here again.

Lovely stuff and extremely helpful staff.... endless problems with carriers and potential import taxes (to Northern Ireland!) which was sorted brilliantly. First class all the way. From the ease of ordering and the quick shipping, to the beautiful packaging & wrapping of these gorgeous glass tumblers, everything was first class. I purchased the London skyline tumblers as a gift for my husband as we are due to move back to the states later this year. These tumblers are high quality and very special indeed! Outstanding! I’ve ordered a number of gifts from Inkerman over the years. Every time without exception the service and the products have been outstanding. In addition, they have always arrived beautifully wrapped. My most recent purchase was an engraved silver photo frame for a birthday present. I procrastinated on which font to choose for the engraving, and Angela Moore was very patient and helpful. When the photo frame was unwrapped it was perfect!

I rang the company and the phone was answered straight away by someone really helpful (Angela) - now that doesn't very happen often these days!I ordered two sets of engraved wine glasses as a Diamond Wedding gift - I received the artwork the next day, and the glasses arrived about four working days later by courier - really lovely glassware, and I would highly recommend this firm.

Perfect service, we were really impressed with the quality of the product, customisation to include the chapel where my brother’s wedding took place. Everything about the ordering process was handled professionally and proofs were provided on every design decision. The gift was beautifully packaged as well and delivery was made on time. I could not recommend Inkerman any more highly, my brother and his new wife love the champagne cooler. I could not ask for more. Thank you very much indeed!
