First visit to this place, and I was very surprised at how big it is. Three spacious rooms inside and lovely outdoor eating area. Food is very good and likewise the drinks. It is a bit of a motorists hot spot due to the wonderful surrounding roads. Definitely make a stop if you're in the area.

Great selection of outdoor wear. Some at very reasonable prices and discounts. There is a cafe on site too and plenty of parking available.Good little stop off if passing through this part of Northumberland.

Stopped for a coffee and a small bite to eat. A lovely authentic Mill and rustic place to drink a coffee. Not a real espresso-machine, (hence the 4 stars, although the automatic coffeemaker grinded beans freshly), but still a very nice place to have a pause with a bite and a coffee. We had the panini with bacon and brie and it was fine.As said it is a very nice place to have a stop. We were very welcome and people are very nice!

I would give the cafe more stars If I could.Me and my elderly mother called in to see if we could pre-order 30 scones to take back home with us (300+ miles)While we were eating our lunch Lisa and Joanne (hope I've remembered your names correctly!!) prepared, mixed and baked a fresh batch especially for us!You would not get this level of service at any other establishment that I know of - baked and packed within 90 minutes! All the cafe team are kind, patient and can't do enough for you.Put this clean, dog-friendly cafe on your 'Visit List'!

Had lunch, They had a decent selection of hot meals. Our meals were both good and decent value. Good that they have kept the character of the old mill and kept parts of the workings.

Lovely in store shopping experience today. Kind staff members and a good sale selection. I left with a discounted waterproof jacket that I am exceptionally pleased with as it is a ‘Craghoppers’ branded item. Large car park and cafe on site. I didn’t try the cafe but it seemed busy.

Definitely a stop off point when traveling this way. Very enjoyable lunch. Some on site industrial heritage. Mill shop with reductions but not a wool mill anymore. Free parking and toilets. Famous for its baby blankets.
