Having Just returned from this shop , where I viewed the Brompton ebike range.I felt it only fair to do a review.I was served by Dave who I must say was extremely helpful and knowledgeable.I have been an employer of many through the years and Daves approach was nothing short of excellentThe shop itself was well stocked ,clean and had a true professional customer approach.All I need to do now is make a the decision as to which set up to go for.I decided which set up I wanted and placed my order.6 weeks later my Brompton was ready for me to collect.I have enjoyed my new bike and been back to see David for the standard free service and to have a punture repair.No fuss the bike was in late one afternoon and ready for collection the following morning.Excellent service and excellent after sales service.I cannot recommend this shop enough.Well done guys

Denver recently did a bike fit for my mum, who is a recreational cyclist. We were blown away by the time he took over the fit and the effort he put into encouraging her to move to cleats, including taking her outside the shop to teach and practice using them! Couldn't recommend his bike fit services enough.

Best local bike shop always helpful and knowledgeable sorting out parts problems.

I called up short notice to get some basic pedals changed on my bycicle. The staff attended to my needs within 20 minutes, pedals changed, reasonable price & the nice man even adjusted my mudguard. I shall return after a great customer service.

I like that Dave and his Panagua van supported the recent Crystal Palace cycle races. While he did a running repair to our 8 year old’s Hoy racer brakes, we discussed e-bike options for an older lady like me whoLives in a seriously hilly place like CP. I was pretty sure that I’d researched the whole market but Dave mentioned Orbea (I’d never heard of them) who do lightweight very low step through e-bikes for £1k less than the very similar Islabikes ones. I’m now in the process of buying the Orbea Optima and Dave again was very helpful guiding me through the 15.5 v 20 mph thing, and pointing out a better equipped version for just a few squids more. Knowledgeable, helpful and goes the extra mile.

Excellent for servicing. Had two of my road bikes serviced and one built here. Dave and Ed are excellent at what they do, as is Denver for a perfect bike fit in the new studio upstairs.Thoroughly recommended if you live anywhere within a 5 mile radius of Bromley or Hayes.

Had a bike fit with Denver and absolutely amazed by the experience and outcome.I had bought a triban 520 which was not fitted well by Decathlon when I bought it. I made some adjustments myself (raised stem etc) which seemed to alleviate back pain. I went to Denver and Panagua after riding like that for an year.Denver explained what I had done was putting more strain in other places on my body. He took detailed measurements, range of motion of ankle, knee and hips, He lowered the stem to a point where I thought there's no way that will not hurt. Corrected saddle height, saddle angle, fitted cleats and the end result was a far more aero position with no back pain.My only regret is I should have gotten this done earlier.

Very knowledgeable staff and good bike quality. However it is a shame that the deal with trek has ended.

Amazing Service. I decided to upgrade my wheels this spring, but every bike shop in London told me that I wouldn't get the parts until after summer. Every shop except Panagua. They not only found me the wheels I wanted, but also located the difficult to find tyres and cassette that I need for my Cervelo. Not only that, but they had them in the shop and on my bike in under a week. I've had the bike out for a couple of rides so far and everything is running beautifully. I won't go anywhere else from now on. Terrific experience.
