we took our shorkie to another salon and they did a right bodge job Liz charged me for an hour yet took two correcting all their mistakes she was fab so much so Jira loves her and we wouldn't take him anywhere else and Liz is lovely wish there was more stars she does a great job Jira our dog is very shy but he loves her so he feels secure with her thats an even better star rating if he is happy so are we!!! Thanks Liz

Had our 2 dogs washed and clipped by Liz and she did a stunning job. They normally hate this procedure but neither dog seemed traumatised afterwards and that's saying something! Highly recommended....thanks Liz!

Very disappointed with service provided, if I could give minus star I would.never ever on time to a appointment, always lots of excuses even though my appointment was booked in plenty of time, last time I waited at home for over 3 hours just for the lady to say “I’m still 1 hour away” this was at 6pm.Very rushed job on my dog and not shaven properly.Communication very poor, as multiple times the lady has said “I’ll get back to you” and never has.Very unreliable and unprofessional.I would expect more from a service especially at the price of £30 plus the use of my electric.

Liz was great, professional friendly and punctual, would recommend to anyone. Harley came in clean fresh and super happy he was very excited when he came back in the house almost showing off how great he looked. Thanks very much Liz I'm sure Harley will be looking forward to his next pamper session!!! 5 stars all the way.
