From start to finish what a fantastic service. The staff answered all my questions, nothing was too much trouble for them. They arrived on time, and were friendly, professional, clean and tidy. A fabulous neat job, couldn't ask for more. I would highly recommend this firm and it's installation team.

The company installed our Tesla charger. The quotation process was seamless using their online application and work completed at short notice. This company has installed two EV charger points for me while the first was a straight forward installation that was done very rapidly and efficiently the second was much more involved. Their suggested cable routing was well considered and undertaken with minimal mess and disruption. Their willingness to listen to and act on my requested charge point location despite the extra effort necessary was much appreciated and has given me a very neat and functional installation. I can genuinely recommend Mr Charger (Lancs) when you need a charger point installed.

Mr Charger came to install a new charger for me. They were exceptionally proactive from the moment I made my enquiry and the office staff made the journey to install faultless with lots of expertise and help. Once on site the Engineer guided me through his work so I knew what was happening and then he just cracked on. Informed me when he was finished and stayed to help me understand the App. Clean and tidy too! Overall I wouldn’t go anywhere else for my EV Install and I have recommended them to everyone!

The gentleman who came to fit charger was very professional and polite gentlemen let me know what he was going to do and basically got on with his work he kept me updated before leaving he asked me if I needed any assistance with downloading app as I was familiar with that I and OK with left everything tidy very pleased highly recommended it been a pleasure

Mr Charger installed my new Ohme EV charger, their service was second to none, thoroughly professional throughout my dealings with them. Installed exactly where l requested it with all the relevant safety requirements adhered to. Engineer who installed it was very competent, friendly, swift and cleared everything away after him leaving a tidy & pristine work area. The price was exactly as quoted and charger worked perfectly on completion. A very satisfied customer of Mr Charger.

Mr Charger communicated well with me. I had a problem with the actual charger. They arrived when they said they would. They were professional, informative and did a brilliant job. Went out of their way to make sure there were no issues and everything was working properly Would definitely recommend them .
