The staff were really friendly, and I was extremely surprised when the receptionists remembered the name of my boys. They were well respected. Unfortunately they were not used to being excessively handled, and despite the level of professionalism displayed by the doctor, my boys physically and vocally resisted the handling. Something I’ll have to persuade them to accept one day.Jokes aside the people there are really nice and professional. If my boys ever get sick I’ll know they’ll be in good hands!

We were on holiday and our dog had a grass seed embedded in her paw. We turned up at 8am on Monday and they booked her in for 10am that day. The whole reception team were very helpful and friendly. The vet kept her in for a scan and small op to remove it and we had her back by 2pm. The nurse explained her treatment to us and talked us through her medication. Couldn’t fault them at all. Back on Thursday for a follow up. Would thoroughly recommend this Veterinary surgery.

My cat Smudge had an overactive thyroid. He could not tolerate any medication so I chose radiation therapy. Martin and his staff were amazing and kept me well informed all through his 10 day recovery. He is now cured and putting all his weight back on. 100% recommend them. Thanks.

We could not thank Chipping Norton Vet Hospital and specifically vet Natalie enough. We had to bring our poorly guinea pig Apple in as a referral due to our vets being unable to work out what was wrong. Natalie was fantastic and was able to find the issue and discuss with us the best course of action. Sadly, we had to put her down as this was the kindest option. Natalie was so kind, caring and very understanding, especially when we were very upset. She went and got 3 other opinions from the other vets to check they agreed with her which meant we were very confident in her suggestions. She even stayed late to help us. We left knowing we had done the best thing for Apple. Thank you all so much, you made a very difficult day bearable.

My hubby and I cannot recommend this veterinary hospital enough! They were so wonderful with helping us look after our russian dwarf hamster, and also just being so caring when it came to end of life care for our fur baby. They even sent a little card of condolences afterwards, which isn't something you'll get from just any vet when you're going through a tough and emotional time. The staff are always happy to help, and such a pleasure to speak to when you need to register a pet or book an appointment; they make you feel welcome and listened to. We will be sticking with this vet for all of our pet needs from now on.

I have a very large dog who has nervous aggression towards vets. All the staff, from the receptionist to the vets are so supportive, friendly and accepting of my dog and treat him as if he was theirs.The staff listen to you, take time to explain any treatments and will work with you to ensure your pet gets the best possible care.

Honestly an A+ facility. Throughout the practice the staff are extremely professional & thorough. I can't recommend them enough for all the good work they do.

All of the staff went above and beyond to make our visit stress free. They were attentive to my dogs special needs and we never felt rushed or judged by anyone. I would highly recommend Chipping Norton Vets to all my friends and family.
