I can not fault Anglian renewables for their service both before and during the installation of my solar hot water system. They are an excellent, professional and proficient company in both sales and installation. I was a little nervous about the voucher scheme but Anglian renewables made it a stress free and simple process and I am delighted with my new and more energy saving hot water system. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for top notch workmanship and a friendly and efficient service.

Arriving punctally as agreed, they wasted no time and cracked on with the job. Even the cup of tea we made didn't stop them ! i am writing to you to say how pleased i was regarding the installation of the solar thermal panels under the green homes grant scheme .From the day i contacted you to the day of installation your company was extremely helpful answering any questions i had promptly .On the day of installation your team arrived on time they were polite courteous they were extremely tidy in their work and when the work was completed they explained everything regarding the controls and how they function.they are a credit to you and your company i would recommend without hesitation may your company grow well done.

I had an amazing experience dealing with Yama and Bobby at Anglian Renewables. They were professional at all times and kept me up to date along the process. Everyone I dealt with was a pleasure from the original surveyor to Aaron and Fred the installers. All was explained along the way and an in-depth explanation at the end of how the equipment works. Due to my neighbours the scaffolding was not able to stay up longer than a day and they accommodated their needs along with mine, I would not hesitate to deal with Anglian Renewables again.

This is a difficult one to rate for me, friendliness and professionalism of the team and work carried out is definitely 5 star, unfortunately the organisation in my experience was only 2 star. I want to give an honest and fair review so please only take my review into consideration if reading it all.Ryan the sales rep is very knowledgeable, polite, professional, and not at all pushy. He made several suggestions that multiple other companies had even mentioned such as not putting batteries in the loft as they overheat when we have 35+ heatwaves (something I'm sure will become more and more common) and that they install a completely separate fuse box for the solar rather than just an addition spur in the existing fuse box.The workmanship of the electricians and roofers is second to none and they were all extremely polite and friendly. (this doesn't go for the scaffolders but this is outsourced)The organisation however.... First the job was booked for a bank holiday (an oversight on my part also when agreeing to the date I guess) was then moved to the following Tuesday, and then last minute moved to the Wednesday, this was frustrating as I had ensured my work diary was free of meetings etc for the Tuesday. The last minute change wasn't communicated to the electricians who turned up on the Tuesday and after some messing about on the phone asked if they could do their work resulting in upheaval for us across the two days rather than just one.The birdcaging couldn't be fitted on the day as it hadn't arrived in time, the roofers returned the following day to fit this only to find they didn't have the correct clips for the panels (even though I had pointed this out weeks before the install when they had to change the panels due to supply issues) and so had to return again a week later.After this there was zero communication resulting in the scaffolding being on our house for a total of 6 weeks and the ball only started rolling again after I chased 2 or 3 times.With all of this said, I wouldn't let my experience with the organisation put you off anglian renewables, unfortunately for them and for me there are supply issues due to increased demand in their industry which contributed largely to the delays and organisational challenges they faced, my main gripe was the lack of communication during and after the install. I researched and had quotes from several companies and it really is a minefield, quite a few cowboys trying to make a quick buck, or a lot of companies jumping on the solar boom bandwagon whom have limited knowledge in this industry.Anglian renewables stood out from this crowd as a company that are knowledgeable in their sector and overall care about their customers and the quality of the work they carry out and for this reason I can confidently recommended them, just keep in mind some of the organisational issues that may be faced due to demand, which for all I know is probably the same across the sector.

Outstanding service from beginning to end. Bobby got on with it in the first visit, their estimate was competitive; very little delay in starting; the installers were highly experienced and sought our views on the positioning of radiators and pipes and the materials are of high quality. They put the heat pump out of harm's way on a flat roof, which works perfectly. Our house is difficult to get to, but they coped cheerfully with all the difficulties.Highly recommended.

I have just had solar panels and all the electrics necessary installed by your team . I have to say that they were excellent in every way …..friendly, approachable and did a grand job in record time . Their workmanship was impeccable .
