Didn't use phone service, booked appointment online. Was easy to find. Appointment took about 10 minutes. Lady at reception was polite, friendly and very patient.

The staff at the Estonian Embassy are the loveliest people I have communicated with in a professional setting. They made the process of applying for a visa straightforward and painless, and were always very quick with emails and other communications. I cannot praise them enough!

Great service, the Embassy you can find by taking the stairs down and then there’s an option to buzz in. You’d probably have to book an appointment. They are very friendly, it’s a very nice looking place. They also have a toilet there if you need, lots of brochures and information on Estonia, for example university, etc.

I have had none of the problems people are talking about in here. I got through on the phone straight away (call in actual working hours!). Chose a time for an appointment to suit me and got seen at that time. The lady at the reception was extremely helpful and lovely. Premises are great. Location is excellent and easy to find. Can’t fault it at all.

Avoid applying for a Schengen visa for Estonia. They rejected my visa application for no valid reason and are now asking for an additional 80 euros to review it again. I made a mistake by not reading the negative reviews on this page.I applied for a Schengen visa to Estonia on November 7th from Cardiff, hoping to experience a white Christmas in the region. My travel plans included visits to Estonia, Latvia, and Lithuania, with Estonia as my point of entry (and staying there longest). However, my visa application was rejected on November 16th given two Vague general reasons and my passport was returned to me on November 24th.Vague Reason 1:** The information submitted regarding the justification for the purpose and conditions of the intended stay was unreliable:I paid for accommodation for my stay in Estonia, Latvia, and Lithuania, and also purchased flight tickets along with travel bus transport between these countries. However, I am unsure of what else is expected of me, as I have obtained my past eight Schengen visas by simply providing these documents. (To clarify, I did not use any dummy tickets or bookings. I paid for everything myself, so the rejection caused me financial damage since all my bookings were non-refundable.)Vague Reason 2:There are reasonable doubts as to your intention to leave the territory of the member of states before the expiry of the visa:I have indefinite leave to remain status in the UK and a well-paying permanent job here. It doesn't make sense for me to leave my current life and move to Estonia. I have already provided a letter from my company, bank statements, and payslips as evidence. What else can I provide to convince them?I have traveled to Europe over 25 times in the past five years and have received eight previous Schengen visas. It is extremely unfair to reject my application based on these two reasons. To be honest, it feels like a bit of a scam. I provided all the documents on the checklist, so if there were any doubts or if they needed more information, they could have simply asked.

I am so grateful to a very professional and extremely helpful Estonian Embassy Team Members.❤️ Without their help and guidance would not know how to apply for a Schengen visa, as so many things have changed since Brexit. The communication with the Embassy has been exceptional!!! All the questions were answered very quickly and all the additional information was provided. They went out of their way and ensured that everything will go smoothly on the application day. Thank you very much for being so helpful, patient and answering all of our queries!!!❤️❤️❤️

Applied for a Schengen visa. Was refused today and no proper letter explaining why, just a checklist, with a tick under two boxes: I was unable to satisfy I’d return before my visa expires, and I could not explain the reasons for my stay. I wrote a cover letter explaining why I want to visit Estonia, a detailed plan of my trip. What else do they need? I have UK residency, a good bank balance, what makes them think I’ll leave a great country like the UK to live in a country like Estonia? Europeans immigrate to the UK, not the other way around!

What a joke and disgrace for this embassy to reject my application based on doubt they think I'll not come back from EstoniaHow can someone that have just been to Estonia and back this year with 1 Year Schengen visa,Have indefinite Leave to Remain in UK, Have a child in UKHave a good job that pays over £30k a yearHave previously held 3 Schengen visasHave been to Schengen area more than 10 rimesGo to Estonia and never come back?Maybe they do this just to get people to appeal and pay €80 and after appeal they reject it again and advice you to appeal again which is second stage appeal and pay again €80If not how can you look into my passport and see that I've just came back from Estonia this year for holiday and reject my visa application based on doubt I won't come back next time? You're a joke whoever processed my applicationYou're a joke thinking I'll leave my family, my child and job to go and live in EstoniaIs like going from heaven to HELLFIRE

I am a traveller and I have been to many different embassies in the past but nothing like this one. Believe me, thee most friendliest embassy in London. People are actually smiling inside there and they are very kind. Estonian people are known to be kind and respectful. Hats of to you. The receptionist which I had seen, she was great!
