Really professional and, on the whole, realistic in their pricing, though one of my items made considerably more than anyone expected. It probably helped that it was on the catalogue cover! Friendly, slick and helpful procedure which has encouraged this first-time seller to put more things up for sale soon. The atmosphere in the foyer while waiting for the valuations was friendly and jovial, so the time passed quickly. The after-sales service was also speedy.

Think you are confusing me with someone else! No clocks involved! No difference of opinion involved. Fortunately my piece of jewelery has since been valued properly. Approx 10 times what your valuer said. Even the scrap value was higher.
