Graham, Gail and Aimee are a professional family team that made the whole experience of organising my father's funeral a lot easier to cope with.Nothing was too much trouble for them and we're very lucky my father chose them.Graham and Gail brought dad one last time down to Bournemouth. Despite all the road works everything went without a hitch.Graham's good humour insured my father's funeral was as he wanted it. We have this this family Funeral Services twice now. Both times, their services have been outstanding, understanding, flexible and most definitely approachable on all hours. I can't recommend Gail, Graham and the team highly enough. Throughout the whole journey from my uncle's death to his funeral, Gail made herself available to support us, provide us with information and advice, and answer many questions. She was always patient, sympathetic and understanding. On the day of the funeral, Graham and his assistant were kind, helpful and encouraging. The whole process of organising the funeral felt personal and we felt very cared for by the whole team.
