I am absolutely thrilled with the decision to upgrade our garden decking. The old wooden summerhouse and decking were showing signs of rot, and the leaves in the sheltered area were a constant issue. We knew it was time for a change, and we couldn't be happier with the result.We chose a warm sand-coloured composite for the project, and it has completely transformed the space. The materials from Estate Sawmills exceeded our expectations in terms of quality and ease of use. I was told they were easy to work with, and the results speak for themselves.I must mention the outstanding service we received from Zoe at Estate Sawmills. She was a fantastic help from start to finish, going above and beyond to ensure everything went smoothly. Thanks to her, the delivery was arranged promptly, allowing us to continue our work without any delays.As we near the completion of our project, I couldn't resist taking a quick photo before the leaves start falling again. The whole experience has been wonderful, and I can confidently say that we will be using Estate Sawmills for our future projects. Their exceptional materials and customer service have won us over, and we can't wait to enjoy our new and improved garden space to the fullest.

Let us down badly. We had arranged for a 9am to 10am drop off of materials. We had men on site from 9am. They didn't deliver until 3.30pm.!!A whole day wasted. Very disappointed.

I had to write a review as response to the incredible experience i received from this company. I am not a joiner but when my decking needed replacement i decided to do it. The on line decking planner is brilliant and plans to the last screw, everything was in stock. The help i recieved from Steve in the shop was invaluable, his knowledge and friendly manner made all the difference, i really could not have done it without Steves help. Thanks you Steve.

The service I have received from Gemma in the sales office has been first class. Good listener, good attention to detail, prompt accurate responses. Very helpful. If only there were more people like this, life would be so much easier.

Can't recommend them enough. Everything about my purchase was great! I was a proper pain in the arse changing my mind every 5 seconds and the office staff couldn't do enough to make sure I got exactly what I needed. The timber is cheaper than everywhere else I looked, so I expected at least a hand full of dodgy pieces but everything i received was excellent. Ordered over a 150 bits of timber to build a slatted fence, so wasnt a small order. The driver who dropped off helped out massively and was super patient even when I unnecessarily wanted everything laid out on a tarp and wrapped up. Honestly can't sing their praises enough. Will 100% be buying more when I come to fence off my back garden and build my sleeper planters. Thanks estate saw mills, you guys are fantastic. Looking forward to dealing with you again

Great service, very reasonable price,delivery was spot on. They fitted perfectly into the original concrete posts which weren't at set 4ft or 5ft heights, so the guys made me personalized panels. Just gave them a lick of creocote and it really sets them off. 5 Stars. Will definitely use them again

What an Amazing companyWell this is one of the few companies surprised me with their service levels, quality and products.Products i.e. Planned double palling fence and garden gate, are of great quality at very competitive prices, other accessories are also well priced.Had to return some standard material due to unforeseen issues which basically resulted in excess supply, Estate Sawmill collected the items and refunded money promptly.All delivery drivers has been amazing, especially Mr Lee was wonderful.Zoe and all other office staff is very helpful.Only downside is their website which is not as great recommending related products as I would expect, e.g. will have to dig out all the accessories needed, bigger competitors’ website would recommend relevant items needed.Overall very satisfied with their service and products and would 100% recommend them
