Doesn't matter if you order a delivery or use the drive through. This yate branch never gets the order right. Always missing something, and no one gives a dam. You just get told to call customer services, who can only refund you, not rectify the missing food! Never mind the kids are missing their meal!!! I'm not one for negative reviews but this store has messed up too many times to not say something!

McDonald's... Cheap and cheerful. Your not going for anything special. Fast food that kids love.I always leave feeling lacking. The rotating menu always leaves my favourites as a seasonal special. But the food is cheap and the kids love the toys so you can't hate it.

Long lines always, staff are nice but its a shame they dont get support from management to help fix some problems. Eg, orderscreen filled with numbers so when your number it ready, it dissapears as the ready to collect part is full of old number ending up that my order is fished from the back stone cold after asking about them 10 numbers ago.Interesting way thay make a wrap..Drive thru 9/10 times, forget sauces (paid for) and napkinsCollection, store packed like sardines and barely anyone to talk to as they are all behind the wall only popping out to hand out an order and scurry back.Overall i think its poor management and worse upler management from headoffice. Such a busy store with such potential, head office refuses to fix issues, just tick boxes and number to them

The food delivered is normally wrong and cold (even when paying priority).I normally only ever go there if my kids want it and they have been good, but due to the long wait times, its really not worth it.

I remember when fast food was fast...I've been waiting over 20 mins for a double cheese burger and a cup of tea..I'm sure when I eventually get it the cheeseburger will be cold and the tea will be like gravy where its been sat so long..I miss the days when they had lines of burgers under the heater and you could walk in and walk out In 2 mins..why do they always change things for the worst.. its ment to be called progress

Is it really that difficult to give all of your customers napkins? I had to ask for them and literally had them thrown into my bag. I said thank only met by silence and your team member walking off to get his next order. Manners cost absolutely nothing. If you don't want to work there. Don't work there, simple. Don't be rude to customers, go work somewhere you don't have to speak to anyone, use common sense which we all know is not that common or be pleasant to people.

As far as McDonald's go, it's about as much as one should expect.That said, double check your meals/receipt as items are often missing. The staff don't cause any fuss fixing that though.

To be fair it was a Saturday afternoon but this is maccys and is always busy. Forget the fries from our order, food wasn't the warmest and restaurant not the cleanest but that was more to do with the clientele.Disabled parking was okay and easy to find.
