Red Group Scaffolding

I used RGS at a commercial property in Ilkley, the service was fantastic in erecting and dismantling of the scaffold. They accidentally broke a down pipe when taking the scaffold down, the guys were very honest and even gave me some cash back as a goodwill gesture :) I highly recommend this company !!!!!!

They were taking scaffolding down very late on a Friday evening, it was the last decent weather weekend we had. The neighbour waited all day for them, and in the process of taking their equipment the scaffolders decided to damage my car. Now they refuse to pay for damages. Still waiting for the Asian dude to come and demonstrate he idea of straight level line yet he with his hands he demonstrated a 45 degree angle. Now they ignore and refuse to communicate after their first pick up of the phone with some dude breathing like a a raging bull in heat. Good thing my cousin is using their service I’ll convince him to take the cost of repairs out from his bill. Local preach needs to do the same with his new build too. Stay away their are far better real professional firms out there local in Bradford that don’t damage people properties and come on time for the job and meetings
