Incredibly friendly and welcoming from the very beginning. The instructor Matt has an excellent manner with teaching the children and really engages them.They make the classes fun whilst instilling respect and discipline at the same time.My 4 year old daughter absolutely loves coming here and although we’ve only been attending for a short period, she’s already learnt so much and I can’t recommend it highly enough.

Matt is a great instructor who is a perfect roll model, he allows you to get whatever you want from a kickboxing class whether it is competing or just training to keep fit. I can thoroughly recommend training with Matt and Genesis.

Fantastic classes. Matt is patient beyond words with all members of the classes. My daughter started with Matt after moving from another martial arts school and has improved beyond recognition. Genesis offer a fantastic, varied syllabus which allows all students to learn and develop at a good pace, becoming confident and self assured young people. I would highly recommend Matt and the team at Genesis to anyone wishing to learn martial arts.

I have been attending Matt Jackson’s classes for around a year now. I have learnt lots and my fitness has increased tenfold. What’s more if your schedule permits you can attend 6 classes a week for your monthly fee. But even if it’s just a weekly class that you can make it is well worth it.

An excellent class. Matt is a brilliant teacher with a unique blend of humour and discipline that gets the most of of the kids in an engaging way, aided by Jet & Jamie who’ve both come through the Genesis ranks since they were young. My 6 year old son has come a long way in just a few months and even took part in his first tournament in December. My younger too will definitely be joining up too. Keep up the great work Matt & team!

Both my son and I train with Genesis and I can honestly say it's been a life changer! We've discovered a whole new hobby which has kept us fit and motivated and constantly aspiring to achieve more.My son trains with Matt in Beaconsfield and I can't speak highly enough of him as a coach. He keeps the kids engaged and active, making the sessions fun whilst still building the skills and discipline required to lay a strong foundation in the sport. I think the way he handles the younger group (the Dragons) in particular is amazing - the man has the patience of a saint and somehow keeps the sessions on-track despite the wide range of ages and maturity levels (there's a big difference between 4yr olds and 8yr olds!).I couldn't recommend Genesis enough as a place to build fitness, confidence and self-defence skills. It's a great sport, a fully inclusive club (I've trained at other martial arts clubs in the past and found them to be quite intimidating, but there's none of that at Genesis) and a worthwhile investment of time and money for adults and children alike.

My 3 children go to Genesis Martial Arts in Beaconsfield. Since joining Genesis my boys have become more independent and physically fit. They enjoy it so much and are always looking forward to their next class. Matt is a very nice instructor, and so is Jett and Jamie. I would definitely recommend Genesis Martial arts to everyone, especially Beaconsfield site.

My daughter and I have enjoyed training with Matt for the last three years. Matt is great with the younger members and challenges everyone to get the best out of them in the sessions. Her fitness and confidence has benefitted tremendously and I consistently get an all-around workout which keeps me fit and flexible. And far more interesting than any gym!

Classes are really well structured feom complete beginners to higher grades. Both my Sons thoroughly enjoy the classes and the instructors are great with them all. I've seen the difference in their growth in confidence and values of respect as well as keeping their interest in fitness.
