I bought a brand new car with Lee and service was great. Plenty of knowledge, help and experience with the car I wanted coupled with really friendly and relaxed service meant for a exceptional experience for myself. They were also very accommodating and patient with me whilst I was waddling about the place on crutches.

I was assisted by Ollie throughout the process of ordering my new car and his service was outstanding, great knowledge across the board, made choosing and ordering my new car a breeze. On top of that, he was very thorough in ensuring I was kept up to date in regards to the delivery of my vehicle, so at no stage was I wondering what was going on. An excellent professional and a really friendly guy. He was more than happy to walk me around my new car, and my first plug in hybrid. If I were to go back for any future purchases or an exchange, I wouldn't hesitate in asking for Ollie's help once again and would highly recommend him to others. Also the new Captur isn't bad either. We had an excellent experience here, having never been before. David was very informative and took the time to talk to us thoroughly after the test drive. The showroom was clean and a nice environment. They were able to accommodate my pick up at a time convenient for me, and Kevin was very friendly and helpful during the handover. They've got a huge selection of cars, and I love driving my new Suzuki!**edit** I was told that I would probably have a call within a couple of weeks to follow up. Never had a call which was slightly disappointing.

Ollie has been an absolute gem from the initial consultation to time and delivery, he has gone above and beyond in ensuring that I was kept in the loop and answered all of my questions. He was very patient, understanding, respectful and caring. Saw a glimpse of my car when it arrived and I love it. I am happy that I chose Renault. Brilliant service!!! Best experience I’ve had. In the past, I used to always go to the garage/ dealerships with my dad. Now he is no longer with us I found it pretty daunting to go by myself. The staff at Renault Romford were fantastic. Very professional throughout my whole customer journey.Dawn was very friendly and a joy to speak to on the phone.Terry has great customer service and provided me with all the information I needed.Dan was very knowledgeable and resolved an ongoing issue I had with the Renault in Bradford. I really appreciate how he went over and beyond to get it resolved.All the other staff are lovely and always say hello when they walk past.My overall experience at Renault Romford was 10/10 and I would highly recommend.
