Absolutely shocking nursery both my children went here took them both out the place is dirty my youngest was sent home with poo all up his back they new full well he had pooed but couldn’t be bothered to change him as it was nearly home time. Also brand new clothes ruined and covered in paint screwed up and chucked in his bag no mention of this until we opened his rucksack. Constantly coming home having (accidents at school) now changing there name to hide from all the bad reviews please don’t send your children there we use a childminder now who is brilliant our son has come on loads due to this.

My son was just over one when he started here during the pandemic as my child minder let me down, DD were amazing from start to finish putting me at ease leaving him with them at short notice. Every day he gets excited for nursery and shouts his carers name as soon as he’s at the door. His talking and ability to name animals and how they sound is amazing and that’s thanks to the staff and he’s not even 2 yet. They’ve accommodated his dietary needs and got him to eat food he won’t touch at home. I can’t recommend this place enough. The staff are amazing and every day he’s learning something new and he loves it here.

My kids loved it here. Its a really nice nursery.

Absolutely fantastic Nursery, I can't recommend them enough! I was very worried about my little boy starting nursery during the pandemic but the staff really helped him to settle in and now he enjoys going! He comes home with Birthday cards, Christmas crafts and seems very happy to go there. He gets a variety of home cooked healthy meals everyday which I have noticed has improved his eating at home.

They don't care about parents and babies its all about money, poor bad old kitchen where everybody with dirty shoes is walking thru the kitchen when children are having they breakfast to get to another rooms.Doors are slamming behind you because of the air current the windows and doors are opened everywhere

Rubbish nursary. So dirty. awful stuff members They don't care about kids at all I don't know how people recommend this nursery If you don't care about your child send them there.

Our son has been at Diamonds Day Nursery since September 2019, when he was less than 3 years old. The staff is brilliant and I feel very confident leaving him there. Our son has come on in leaps and bounds, his English has improved and his confidence has grown.In general every staff member is very accommodating and helpful; whether it relates to his diet, occasional nursery's attendance changes or offering to start brushing his teeth at the nursery after finding out about our struggles at home (thank you, Sam!). Staff also give excellent feedback every day about his activities which we always appreciate.Our 4 year old goes to nursery with a smile on his face and when we pick him up his smile is still there. It is enough proof for us that he enjoys his time here.Thank you each and everyone of you (Sam, Fran, Charlotte...) for an excellent job you do!

Diamond Day Nursery.have been providing childcare for my son since he was 3 years old .they are an amazing team of staff who provide excellent care for the children .well balanced diet provided in there meals . activity are provided threw out the day .my son goes in school holidays only now he's older ..and he still loves it there the nursery staff are very caring and attentive towards all the age group children.the management are always polite and welcoming.and happy to help with any queries you may have .I would definitely recommend Diamond Day as a wonderful place to send your children .

Our children have been attending here for years. Lovely staff and lovely facilities. They really care about the children. The kids absolutely love it, they are always getting up to new things. The costs are much cheaper than other nurseries in the area, they don't charge for bank holidays and when the nursery is shut. We moved out of Derby a year ago and have both been working from home most of that time but we still drive the kids through to derby because we don't want to switch nurseries.

Diamond Day Nursery is a fabulous nursery! All of the staff are friendly, accommodating and nurturing and clearly care about the children in their care. Lovely facilities which allow children access to a range of opportunities. All of the children seem incredibly happy. I can highly recommend!
