I have only ever dealt with Kate Tero at Wood & Pilcher Tunbridge Wells Branch but she is absolutely fantastic. If her colleagues provide even a fraction of the service Kate provides, I'd recommend Wood & Pilcher to anyone. She goes above and beyond, is super efficient and very responsive which is exactly what you need. She is also incredibly genuine, personable and lovely which makes the whole process more enjoyable - I wouldn't want to deal with anyone else now! 5*

There are many Estate Agents in Tun Wells, we picked three but Wood & Pilcher clinched it with a narrow margin. However, their level of professionalism, courtesy and friendliness is unmatched. Ultimately tho we needed a sale and they delivered that three times! twice buyers pulled out for reasons outside of Wood & Pilcher's control, interest rate hikes etc.Once we had secured the sale, we offered on four houses before securing the right one, W&P reassured our buyers, never pressurising but supporting us. The best agency we have ever experienced, the whole team outstanding.

My family sold our parents' home through Wood & Pilcher in Tunbridge Wells and we are so pleased we chose them as our agent. Right from the initial meeting with Angela we cannot fault their warmth, support and empathetic advice through what was often a difficult and emotional process saying farewell to our family home. The whole team was involved in the preparation of the excellent details, fabulous photographs, many viewings, helpful feedback and regular communications as to the progress of the sale. We would highly recommend this friendly, independent estate agency!

Although I was purchasing the property, so therefore Wood & Pilcher were acting for the vendors and in their interests, I found all staff went out of their way to be helpful, and the communication was excellent. From arranging an early viewing to suit me, as I was moving into the area, to chasing the other agents and solicitors in the chain to keep things moving and holding them together, their handling was exemplary. This is my ninth move. It was far and away the most stressful, but I would say that Wood and Pilcher are the best agents I have ever dealt with, both as a seller and a buyer. Without Lynn's help, this would have fallen apart. Thank you

We're first time landlords and Elise at Wood and Pilcher has been an absolute god send. She kept us up to date the entire process, helped ensure the house was ready for our first tennants and is super, super responsive.We bought our house through the Southborough branch in 2019 and are renting it out now through the Twells branch and I have to say, having bought and now rented through them, we wouldn't go anywhere else, the whole team are brilliant.
