Leaders Letting & Estate Agents Leamington Spa

I was a tenant and during my time everything ran smoothly however they have not returned my deposit. Paul said it was an accountant error but still it’s been since May 26th I left and it’s still not returned, even after I had been prompt with everything my end. I just want my deposit back in a reasonable amount of time eg 10 days not 21+ and counting days.

I had a pleasant experience with Leaders, in particular Daisy she was very helpful and friendly. Would definately recommend Leaders. Xx

I've had a really great experience with Leaders from being a first time landlord Sara provided me with all the information I would need to get started. I had met with 3 other agencies prior to Leaders and they were the best by far.Sophie has also been great in the lead up to the tenants moving in. She has communicated with me promptly when things needed doing and has kept me updated and well informed. It has made me feel reassured that the flat is in good hands.

Leaders have been almost impossible to work with. I rented a student house through them from Sept 2021-July 2022, and a year on I am stil trying to get my deposit back from them. It took months, countless emails, countless phone calls and physical visits to their office to get them to return 4 of 5 deposits, during which time they repeatably sent them to the wrong bank accounts and claimed we had to contact our bank to ask why an *incoming* payment had not been received. I have had to repeat the same things to different members of their staff over and over again, with absolutely no results. If you choose to go with Leaders, do not expect to have your deposit returned to you unless you are willing to put in the time and effort that we have.

Must recommend!! Since I was a first-time tenant, I've had an absolutely fantastic experience with Leaders. Sara made sure we had a viewing appointment on schedule and gave me all the details regarding the unit.When I needed something done, Sophie swiftly let me know, and she also kept me informed and updated.Also we found the right apartment at right time with their help. All documentations and payment were digitally done.They gifted us a home move box on our key collection day.

DO NOT CHOOSE THIS ESTATE AGENT. I have had so many problems with them, from handing tenants the wrong keys then turning to charge landlord to replace lock instead of admitting they lost the keys, to what is so surreal, lending your property to drug dealers growing weed. It is just unbelievable, avoid at all cost don’t be fooled by their sweet talks.

I'm extremely disappointed with the delay in receiving my deposit refund from this agency. It's been 2 Months since I moved out on 5th June, and despite multiple follow-ups, I'm still waiting for my deposit to be returned. This lack of promptness and transparency is both frustrating and unprofessional. Isn't the company's reputation more important than refunding the rent? I hope the agency addresses this issue promptly and improves their customerservice in the future.

I would like to commend Paul for his brilliant customer service. He was prompt in attending to my issue in the flat. Throughout the process Paul also proactively updated me on the progress and even followed through after the issue has been sorted. Well done Paul and thank you!
