It's really easy to use and the financial advisor is always an email away to help with any queries or processes that you want to trigger. The fees are percentage based which are pretty common and they're pretty average prices. I would recommend if you don't mind the fees and just want an easy experience letting experienced people handle your investments. If you're more knowledgeable and don't want to pay a fee for something you can do yourself then it might not be the most suitable for everyone. I have enjoyed using the service and it does minimise any stress for me.
