The Staff are lovely , but feel sorry for them working in such a small shop ! Definitely need bigger premises .

Get new staff that don't just stand around in front of the shoes on their phone. And turn the lights on so you can actually see the clothes. Literally walked in and out so fast

I visited Footasylum in Drake Circus earlier today. It was the first time l had been into Plymouth for over a year. I am of an age where buying clothes or shoes used to mean a day out with friends in actual shops, so have not really been buying much this last year! I know shopping online might be the present and future, and has been very important during lockdowns, but l want to praise the staff for being so helpful and solicitous today. Kat was just so helpful and interesting to chat to. She helped me find the perfect pair of Vans at a really good sale price. There is something special about interacting with shop staff that is missed in this age of online shopping. I know that might make me sound old and behind the times, but l will take that!Please support shops like this, and help lovely people like Kat to keep working and brightening up peoples' days!

Amazing customer service, I put this guy through the works with problem after problem and he kept cheerful and understanding whereas I (working in retail) wouldve been visibly angry. Great offers cheerful staff. Polite conversation without wasting time. I don't know the guys name but he has a triangle with an eye inside tattooed on his hand, give him a payrise he's incredible. Vouchers and offers combined great clothes for great prices would highly recommend and will be returning shortly

...Yeah Foot*asylum* is definitely the right name!....because their shoes are crazy" comfy. One i tried them on.....it al kicked off...but in a good way y'know. Next thing I knew....I was just putting one foot in front of the other....and Hey! I was walking up and down the shop in my new duds....and boy were they comfy... in fact more comfortable than a beaver on a bean bag eating a beefburger....(thats the newly reintroduced beaver folks). The staff were very friendly and helpful too. A kicking experience indeed....sole with soul."

I was a complete pain in the backside and ordered 3 pairs of shoes in the wrong size and couldn't decide whether to get a refund or exchange for a larger pair. The customer service both in store and online was exceptional and offered to send back the shoes and exchange for the size I needed. Fully satisfied and fully recommend.

Terrible service by the staff. We were lied to by the sales person who stamped the receipt to say we were explained about the returns policy despite not saying a word to us! Only found out later when we needed to swap them and were told we couldn't.Absolutely awful customer service, including the from manager". Could easily have changed a negative experience into a postive if she gave a dime. In future we will shop at JD sports 3 doors down and would highly advise everybody else to do the same. Just no need for that kind of service nowadays. Basically told to bugger off."

Great shop. Black dude behind the till talks to you like you want. Friendly, helpful, like you want. He keeps it real. Wish more shop staff were like him.
