Hair At Karens

Booked my hair for an up style 5 weeks in advance for 10am. Was the first person in the salon and someone came out and told me to sit down and they would be out soon. 6 people came in after me 5 of which got took straight away. Still was not seen by half 10. I had mentioned to another girl in the waiting area that I was going to be late to the wedding I was due to go to at 12 and she advised the hairdresser of this. I was finally took to a chair where the hairdresser said there was a mix up. No real apology. Asked if I had much left to do to get ready and I told her I had to do my makeup which she replied you think you would have done that at 9am before you came". Her and another girl were curling my hair to 'get me sorted faster' then she told the other girl to work on someone else as she would just "throw my hair up quick as she was used to doing them". She had my hair finished in 15 minutes
