*** reprehensible and untrustworthy***Purchased a Fiido folding bike from SXC. The bike itself is riddled with faults having required repairs five times in four months. What is worse is that the retailer accepts no liability for this faulty bike and suggested the faults were due to usage which is ridiculous, given the nature of the faults are clearly mechanical.I would avoid them at any cost. There are much better, trustworthy retailers out there.

Pretty much the best Customer Service I've ever experienced. 1 Year after purchase, still replies very swiftly to my questions and handles my requests immediately.Very genuine shop. Highly recommend if you're new to e-Bikes/e-Scooters in the UK.

I orderded a e scooter for my son, delivered on time with ongoing updates througout. Once arrived i had a slight problem however this was from the distribution centre and not a problem with sxc. The manager retified this within the sameDay and got it fixed personally. I have never seen such a fab service. Every time i called the manager answered and helped straight away. Awsome service, thank you!
