M Noton & Sons Plumbing and Heating

I've been using M Noton & Sons for a while and they've always done a fantastic job at very competitive prices. My property is not the easiest to work on but Tom, Mark and Harry always provide an excellent service and always get the job done. Tom has also provided great support over the phone which meant I could sort a problem out there and then without the need for a call out. I would definitely recommend them.

From the first visit by Tom we had complete confidence in their ability to replace our boiler and install radiators, and we were not dissappointed. We are highly delighted with the workmanship carried out by the Noton team! We would have no hesitation in recommending them.

After initially assessing our boiler and performing running repairs which provided short term relief Tom provided a comprehensive and very competitive quote for a new oil fired boiler installation and upgrades for several radiators. He duly arrived when promised and ably assisted by Harry and Jack installed everything promptly and quicker than forecast. Nothing was too difficult and everything was done cheerfully and professionally including adapting plans as we went along. On completion everything was fully explained, not something all engineers have provided in the past in my experience. Excellent work all round and absolutely five star rating.

These guys were brilliant from start to finish. We were without hot water for 5 weeks whilst our previous plumber was trying to sort out boiler and provide a quote for a replacement but I spoke to Tom, had a quote and a date booked in within a few hours. He explained everything really clearly, was really professional but also friendly and understood the predicament we were in. Couldn’t recommend more and will definitely be using again.

Notons & Sons removed existing old boiler and fitted new plus control system. Very efficient 3 man team; provided lots of good advice; quality goods and workmanship; will be definitely be using again for future servicing & repair. 5 stars from me!!!

From quote to installation M Noton & Sons were spot on. When quoting everything was looked at and discussed to make sure we were getting the right thing for what we wanted now and any future plans. The communication at each stage was great. Installation was very efficient and everything done to minimize the disruption.
