Louise listed a property, Rhiannon suggested viewing it, while Andy gave us mortgage advise and Tom with the legal advise. And a few months later, we own a home!!Yes to us it was a seamless process, Thank God for the lovely home and for helpng us find this great team!They work very well together and are helpful with questions and getting the job done. Tom and Rhiannon were very helpful at getting us on the market and we actually sold our house (STC) rather quickly. Unfortunately our buyers were a little slow at responding but the team were brilliant in chasing them up when needed. A little bit more expensive than say purple bricks but it's worth it to have an actual person to help and do the viewing as we have a busy lifestyle.

A thoroughly decent team at the Whitmore Way branch. It took a while to get the sale over the line (Basildon Council being the main cause of delay) but Rhiannon and the team were helpful all the way. I'd certainly recommend them.
