Washwood Heath UTC (Urgent Treatment Center)

Have been here quite a few times recently to the wound clinic with my infant son who has needed a burn redressing every few days, the nurses we've seen have been amazing and very friendly, my only complaint would be that you can't actually get an appointment directly from this particular clinic (wound) but have to call up 111 each time and go through all the questions again and then wait for washwood heath walk in centre to call with an appointment , even one of the nurses I spoke to there thought it was a bit silly esp when you're going to keep returning every so many days that you can't just get one in advance directly from them. But overall have been happy with the service , haven't had to wait long either. We've also seen a couple of doctors here, one in particular was so friendly and good with my kids and also very thorough which is something you don't always see nowadays with gp's.There's also a chemist downstairs by the entrance and a large carpark outside. There are lifts and stairs and toilets also available.

Really amazing. Called NHS111 and these guys called me back, was seen within 5 mins and the Dr was amazing and very good with little kids. Very efficient.

I came here a few weeks ago because I had abdominal pains. After calling 111 I received a call back consultation fairly quickly.I was dealt with a doctor called Chris. He wrote my prescription and dealt with my matter efficiently and respectfully.The receptionist staff were amazing and was very respectful towards me, especially during these times of uncertainty and panic.
