Club Taxis

Wouldnt even give it 1 star, used them in sept, for taxi to east mids. Took an hour and half when it should take 35-40mins … driver picks us up trying to say the price is higher than we was told, then he drives all the way to st matthews to get petrol this should of been done before! His car was a banger and he did not now how to drive! Was debating getting out and getting an uber, after petrol he takes the route all the way through to fosse park on 9am on a thursday full of traffic tried to tell him why have you took this route its took an hour and still in leicester the idiot did not want to know. Will not use again!

We have used club taxis for airport runs for a few years now, last nights pick up was terrible from start to finish, the driver was 40 minutes late leaving us standing in the cold and rain, when he did arrive he offered no assistance with our luggage, he did not speak even to confirm who we were? He then proceed to drive like a lunatic with speeds to 107mph in the dark and rain! We won’t be using them again.

Had a taxi booked and was late so rang once they said it's on its why waited another 20 mins rang again said there isnt a driver for us so no one was on there way for us making us very late getting to were needed to be and having to ring another taxi company not happy and won't be using or recommending again !!

We've used Club taxis in the past so decided to contact them this time. I phoned Club on Tuesday to book a taxi for Thursday morning at 6.15am. We needed to get to the Leicester Royal Infirmary as my husband was having a minor operation. The taxi arrived this morning 10 minutes early, which was great for us, the driver was really polite, understood where we preferred to be dropped off and so courteous throughout the journey. Thank you to that driver who made the start of our day a little less stressful & thank you Club! We'll be definitely using Club when we need a taxi in the future.

Small car turned up.Driver reluctant to help.Drove car in flip flops.Not nice aroma in car.Didn't get out car to help my wife with 2 cases in boot as I am disabled.Back seat seat belt didn't work.BUT THE BEST WAS WE DROVE FROM AYLESTONE TO TRAIN STATION IN 2nd GEAR AT 20/25 mph ALL THE WAY AND IN MIDDLE OF ROAD.No Club logo on car, so if you are going to franchise work out be careful who you give it to.

Booked a return taxi to and from Birmingham airport. On both legs the drivers were on time and lovely cars and drivers. No issues and would definitely use again and recommend

Used club taxis for a return Birmingham airport run, both on time, sensible polite drivers. They track your return flight, we were delayed an hour but driver was aware and arrived accordingly. Definitely use them again.

Good service, good prices. Always my first choice local taxi firm.
