I’ve only worked for newford nursing home for a short period of time but I can honestly say I’ve enjoyed my time here so far. The staff can’t do enough for the residents. My nana is a resident also and she always gets treated with the upmost dignity and respect along with the other residents. All residents needs are individually met to a high standard. I do really get on with all staff and residents and this place really feels like home

I have worked at newford Nursing home from 2020 it's my work family we all love our residents and they get the best we can give, plenty of activities and fun and of course lovely home cooking with cakes and variety for different diets. My working staff are the best and I hope to stay here until I retire.

Fantastic home fromhome. The care my Mum receives is fabulous from the carers to the nurses and dining room ladies. There is always loads going on with daily activities for the residents to take part in. I always recommend Newford whenever I hear of anybody that needs to move to a care facility.

The staff at Newford are incredibly accomodating, they are welcoming and friendly and are always open to discussing any problems,/resolving any difficulties! My mother is exceptionally happy as a resident in the home which is all that myself and family could hope for, she is strongly encouraged to be as independent as possible but also receives help with matters she is less able to cope with. The only tiny issue I have is the lack of provision of an outdoor bin as my dog does at times use the garden and there is nowhere to place her presents.

A warm and welcoming nursing home with great friendly staff. The residents always have a variety of activities on to keep them occupied and even have themed ‘of time’ rooms to make them feel more at home. 5*

Have worked for newford Nursing Home for the past 10 years as their I.T consultant.Staff are all lovely and the home has lots of activities for the residents to make their stay there as pleasant as possible, have seen singalongs, cinema showings and even has a traditional bar.

A lovely warm and friendly home where nothing is to much trouble. My dad has settled in really well, due to his condition he spends a lot of time in his room but the staff make sure that he joins in with the activities and mixes with the other residents whenever possible. Fantastic home that really does care about doing the best for the residents, would definitely recommend 5⭐

Our mum has been staying at Newford Nursing Home for almost one year now, it took her a while to settle in but the carers and staff have helped so much in making our mum feel safe and at home.. we have hiccups from time to time but the management team always put things right, our thanks go to all the carers and team for all the hard work they put in.
