Writing on behalf of another customer. Friendly but impossible to get anything sorted. There seems to be no emergency process for repairs that are critical. Instead they will tell you they're ringing around for quotes!! It took TWO YEARS to eventually do 3 jobs out of a long list (that's still growing) that the landlord is responsible for. I appreciate this is likely the landlord being difficult to get approval from and not all of them are critical but what is rent being paid for exactly? Also there is no indication of what, if any procedure to pressure for updates from the Landlord.

We recently sold the house of an elderly relative, from some distance away. From the off Dominica guided the process through, always responding to issues as they arose, and pushing firmly but courteously when solicitors appeared to drag their feet. Will definitely use them again.

Everyone is friendly when you speak to them however they never seem to know what's happening. Every time you call it's a different person and there seems to be no communication between them.Took 2 months to replace a carpet in the bedroom that reeked of dog when we moved in. Cleaned it many times with wet wash but it was still disgusting.Money and deposit wise it was all fine but it's unclear what you actually pay them for.Except Denise in Clevelys office, she cleared things up both times I managed to get through to her with no fuss, very professional and friendly. 5 stars for her.

Excellent service, friendly efficient and courteous....They keep you in the loop, do follow up called and relay feedback to you. The only downside is that they are so good they are very busy! So didn't have time to actually do my viewings when the prospective buyers were available, I had to do them myself. Still sold my house for what I wanted even with the strict covid restrictions.
