Ridiculously bad customer service.Landlords: Staff are very rude and customer service is poor, i dont know how they are able to find tenants!Tenants: Be careful about renting a property from this agent, staff are very rude and if at the when trying to secure a property, you have issues, you will contnue to have issues going forward. A bad Agent can make your tenancy a nightmare!

Very rude and incompetent staff. They ignored me for months looking for a relatively small premises so a landlord out there missed out because of these Jokers. Avoid them. Also, they leave loads of properties on their site that are no longer available to make them appear busier.
