I used Kiwi Greenfingers for a garden clear up, they mistakenly chopped down an 8ft Bay tree that had been frosted and was recovering. No apology or admission of there error.

Never returned emails, did not reply to phone calls, there loss. I thought they looked really good so a bit disappointed
