Last week I had an expensive problem. 'Secure from rolling' notice appeared on my Active Tourer screen. Main dealers saying that the fault was in the gear change housing and that it was not repairable , it would have to be replaced, approx cost £1200.This week the problem has gone away. Found and spoke to Ian who assured me it could be repaired. Appointment made, travelled from East Yorkshire, repaired very quickly at a very reasonable cost.Absolutely delighted.Ian provides a professional service the old fastioned way. He speaks to his customers, is knowledgeable and courteous.How refreshing.Thank you.

Brilliant - Excellent communication throughout. Ian Fixed transmission error (Just a broken spring main dealers want to charge a fortune for) and Marc fitted me in for a brake fluid change at the same time.Also gave me some great advice on some other issues (I hadn't asked for these to be looked at) which I can hopefully sort myself.Thanks guys :-)

This warning message came up on my Mini even though it wasn’t causing any issues. The price to fix it with Mini was ridiculous so finding Blue Meets White online sounded like a good solution and it was. The problem was fixed in a couple of hours and at a far more reasonable price. Very happy with the service and the problem seems to be fully resolved. Definitely recommend this rather than spending a fortune at a dealer.

Brilliant job on my BMW 220 gearshift error this week. Web instructions on all procedures, location and local waiting facilities easy to follow. Ian also took the time to explain, and how to progress with main dealer, the diagnostics report he carries out, indicating a known issue with fuel sensor

Ian happened to be in Los Angeles about a week after I started to get the dreaded Secure vehicle against rolling" alert on my Mini Cooper (very lucky timing!). His communication before the visit was great and I arranged to collect him from his hotel so that he could do the repair on my driveway.Ian was on time

I had the dreaded gearshift error and found Ian through a comment on a YouTube video. I wasn't comfortable doing the repair myself, so I decided to come all the way from KT13. Ian started the repair as soon as I arrived, and it was all done in just over an hour. Great service and communication - highly recommended.

Had a great experience with this company. Dealt with Ian who I found very knowledgeable and enthusiastic to help me in repairing the broken spring on my BMW X1 gear selector.
