Shinny Ice Hockey Profiling and Sharpening | At Shinny Ice Hockey we use Bauer’s ProSharp AS 2001 ALLPRO SC. This machine can profile ice skates using ProSharp’s Zuperior Quad and Ellipse templates. We profile, sharpen and grind all ice skates such as Bauer Hyperlite, Nexus, and Ultrasonic. We are based in Essex, Romford, London. Profiling, Sharpening & Grinding.

I had my skates sharpened at this place. James is very helpful and knowledgeable, and makes sure the blades are sharpened properly. The skates feel sharp and stable on the ice, like brand new.

I’ve been to a few different places across London/Essex/Kent for skate grinds and honestly Shinny is the best quality finish I’ve had. No doubt I’ll only be returning to them from now on, skates felt as if they were new out the box again and exactly how I wanted when trying to describe my preferences. Extremely good value for money as well, top work!

After trying out a number of different shops to sharpen my skates, there's no one i'd rather now to go than Shinny. He takes the time to advise you on what would be the best grind for your skating style and also on blade profiling. He's the only person who i'd now let sharpen my blades.Highly recommend

Amazing prices , got a stick and it’s the lightest I’ve ever had in my hands ! The release is unbelievably quick.The guys over at shinny really helped me out when choosing what curve and flex compared to competitors and it’s really payed off.10/10
