Very satisfied. Had gone through two 'plumbers' before I rang Righto; wish I'd contacted them first. Good, professional service. Thorough, clean, tidy, excellent communication throughout. What can I say? In a world where tradesmen have a terrible reputation, Righto are breaking the mould!

After bad experiences with other plumbers my mom wanted some security for a shower that had stopped working. We contacted Rightio - we wanted someone who would do the job right and guarantee the work and that is exactly what they did. Hamid who attended fixed the problem within 30 minutes, completely reassured my mom who had lost all faith in engineers and overall provided a first class service. Whenever my mom talks about booking in some works around the house now, she mentions Rightio!

The company claims there are no hidden charges: well, they quoted 30+ per half hour and more if they used any power tools. A 20 something bloke came in, used powerr tools, concluded that he couldn't help and charged £142! We got stuck with the problem and, when we called back, we were told they needed to 'speak to Darren on Monday'. So £142 later, the problem persists, and we were expected to be nice to the thieves on the phone. As i insisted to get someone sent straight away, the bloke on the phone concluded i was being rude and hung up. Reporting them to trading standards, this company shouldn't exist. Appalling service.

I call for a plumbing service, no one ever appeared and charged me for a job they did in another houseand charged me for it. When I called them to check if they were going to do it the walls started. First they said that the address wa wrong and they were going to reschedule the service but they did not know when because the manager was not there, so I waited until next day as they told me. Next day non help at all again, told me that customer service was going to call us, they never called, so by this point I preferred a refund noticing their services are got great. They told me that the process was going to take 3 working days, so I waited again and no calls. So when I finally called and the customer service was available their excuse was that I told them the address wrong, basically calling the customer that he was wrong, so more walls are appearing and I'm still trying to get my refund. Look I don't care how much this is going to take but I will get back my money because you guys are thieves by not giving any service, not contacting the customer, and refusing the refund by telling the customer its his fault.

Plumber.Rightio.co.uk is either claiming this company’s reviews are theirs or they are linked to this company (please remove this review and report them to trust pilot and Google if they are) if this is liked to the company in Bletchley Milton Keynes then the below review is relevant.Quoted over £600 to repair a toilet flush issue, all it needed was a limescale clean, also kept the card open so they could take money whenever they wanted! They saw a pensioner and figured they could rip them off! STAY AWAY AT ALL COST! Stick to local one man band plumbers, these lot have no compassion… Also quoted £155 for a £15 part and claim a trust pilot rating of 5 stars on their website plumber.Rightio.co.uk! How they are getting away with it I have no idea.

Not sure where they get their pricing from. Informed my 87 year old mother in law that the call out charge was £100 - fair enough I suppose. Identifies the issue with the boiler as a fuse - changed the fuse for a charge of £100! So a total of £200 for a fuse…..feels like taking advantage of an elderly lady - which is consistent with quite a few review on here! AVOID

Recently used Rightio for a plumbing issue with my toilet. Plumber was round at my house at the agreed appointment time. He was quick, friendly and professional and the job was sorted within the hour. I was very pleased with Rightio and would highly recommend them.

I am an 80 year old disabled lady called for there 1-2 hour service as my boiler had broken down, no water, no heat, got a call 2 hrs later said quickest they could come would be 4 days time. said no good" and just put phone down on me. they took my my bank details. which I cabcelled at bank. Nasty

The heating engineer arrived in good time, and did the repairs quickly and efficiently. He was very polite, and professional. The service is not cheap but was worth the money for the quality of service.
