4 EV spaces 3 of which were occupied by i.c.e. cars, needs to be clamped down on as there were plenty of empty spaces available

Nice clean car park in quieter area of Bury but right next to premier inn and 5 minute walk via a underpass to bury market/town centre and metro to manchester/bus station. You use debit/credit card for entry/exit, so didnt need to worry about losing my ticket. Liked that you also had to use your card on pedestrian doors so only customers can get in and out. On leaving I was in need of a receipt from the pay machine, but wasnt too sure where this was at first, but luckily the friendly attendant on site, Chris, was on hand to help, he led me to pay machine and showed me how to use it. Parked here last week. Nice, clean quiet car park. Had trouble finding the pay machine. Luckily came across the attendant Christopher Watts who helped me out. Would park here again.

Not the best very pricey carpark. Also the parking g lanes are very close together. Not much room to get out of your cars.

We stayed here sun 27 and I had left my cash card at home. They let me in and allowed my friend to pay the following day. No trouble at home. Chris the parking host was amazing, he advised and helped us how to pay and leave.

Very tight to get round. Also narrow parking. There is no facilities to pay by cash.

I recently parked at your car park for the health center I was a little confused using my bank card spoke to parking attendant Christopher Watts who explained it to me and also told me about ANPR and gave me a QR code card so I could find out about other car parks in the Manchester area. I was impressed by the cleanliness of the car park and it's convenient location to the health center.

Good car park location for Bury market.Had problems using our bank card to access the car park but we were helped by a lovely car park attendant. Chris was super friendly and very helpful, guided us to disabled parking bays and helped us to pay once we were back, probably the most kind and helpful parking attendant ever! Thanks :)

Was assisted by Chris when due to a lost bank card was unable to exit car park. Could not have wished to have met a more polite or friendly person who went out of his way to help on 28.11.2022.

I am writing to commend Mr. Ojo for his outstanding customer service skills and the way he treated my wife and me during our recent visit to your car park.We were new to the city and a bit lost, but Mr. Ojo patiently listened to us and helped us find our way.
