Cannot recommend unfortunately. Wrongly diagnosed the issue with my boiler resulting in repeated loss of water pressure. Advised me there was a leak in the plumbing system, however this was rapidly demonstrated not to be the case by an engineer I had to call out subsequently.Honestly I would have overlooked this error, these things happen. However further to this the company did not provide the estimates discussed at the call out, and then ignored my attempts at contact which really just amounts to rudeness and unprofessionalism.Now having the new boiler I suspected I needed fitted by a different company.

We just had a new boiler installed by Gas Wizard Heating Services, with an old back boiler removed. As well as that we had 5 new radiators fitted and a downstairs toilet and sink fitted. Rob couldn't have been more helpful throughout, including afterwards. We are very happy with the work and would definitely recommend

Rob and his son have saved our bacon on many occasions.My wife and i have been messed around by dozens of local gas men, plumbers and so-called 'handymen' in the past.Gas Wizard is the only tradesman to genuinely FIX a problem we've had, he's given us the correct advise, cheapest quotes, always on time and stayed till the job was done.No fob-offs, or excuses.Every cost was itemized and we could see exactly what we were paying for.Gas Wizard is VERY honest and hard-working.He's fixed problems and damage other local tradesman have been responsible for.If it weren't for him, our house would be in ruins.We were so impressed, we've already recommended to friends and family.A tradesman like Gas Wizard is very rare.

Gas Wizard installed a new platinum combi boiler in my loft, and at the same time replaced a radiator with a larger one, he also removed my old back boiler from my sitting room, this included disconnecting old pipe work then re-rooting the gas pipe etc up into the loft space, he was meticulous in his work ensuring everything neat, tidy and was fitted to the correct standards required as well as to my satisfaction. Gas Wizard kept me informed of what he was doing and why? during the whole process. Once all work was completed he went through the working process of the new boiler to ensure I would know how to use it efficiently, as I had not used a combi boiler before.He has also called back whilst passing to ensure we have had no issues with the new system, both my wife and I would highly recommend Gas Wizard to our friends and family, thank you Robert for a job well done.

Absolutely first class work prompt clean and reliable great price would recommend gas Wizard to anyone had new combi heating done by them and a complete bathroom fitting better than i could have imagined thank you very much excellent

Absolutely fantastic service from these guys! Can’t thank them enough for helping us out with our boiler issues at short notice. Our guest at our holiday home had no heating and they were able to turn the situation around in 24 hours. Highly recommend to anyone needing a new boiler or a repair. Gas wizard heating recently repaired my boiler, they did a great job in replacing the part required and getting my heating system back up and running. They also fitted an extra radiator which was done very efficiently i am very happy with the service they provided i would definitely recommend.

Gas Wizard installed a new combi boiler and all new piping throughout my house.He is very efficient,reliable and polite he also has good time keeping. He made sure everything was clean and tidy before he left and made sure I fully understood everything.I would definitely recommend him to anyone .
