Katya was amazing, the consulation was far more indepth than I thought and Katya was incredibly knowledgeable and informative. The advice given is personal to you after a really througher assessment.

Unfortunately I had a bad experience. The lady was very unprofessional.I booked a classic hydrofacial (45 min). So in fact I had:10 minutes of waiting.One step of poor cleaning.Microdermabrasion was painful. The lady tried work on my lisp and under the eye until I asked her to stop.Step with acid wasn’t done properly. She just used couple of drops applied to my face by her fingers and left for a couple of minutes.Extractions was weird as well. All movements were chaotic and unpleasant. Some of area was skipped.Also: periodically sounds of incoming her phone notifications. She didn't mind having a hair band around her arm with her hair, that touched my face, quite squeamishly.In the end: I left the therapist room in 30 minutes. I paid £80, spent my time in my only day off, my skin still not clean, ruined mood. Not great.

Amazing service. Alla was very professional. It wasn’t an usual hydrofacial. Her hands are magic she is calming and give you the best advice. Thank you again. Will definitely come back!

Stunning clinic in Kensington!!! Alla is absolutely brilliant. It is very rare to find someone who is interested in my skin care concerns. She designed a bespoke facial for me .. and I achieved excellent results. The team is great , Victor and Rafael both are very helpful and always make sure that I am looked after! I highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for face treatments and skin care. Don’t waste your time anywhere else!!!

I love this place! The atmosphere is amazing - the team are so kind and friendly. I was nervous about getting new treatments at first, but the clinicians were so patient and helped me through the process. I worked mainly with Marta and Alan who made sure I had a wonderful experience.The treatments have worked really well and I'm so happy. I feel much more confident in myself. Would recommend to anyone! Can't wait to come back for more.

The service is abominal. Did a bodysculpt , they sent me to parsons green instead of kensington. I have the treatment. Got booked for assessment after 3 months. The person that did the treatment has left the company" now. I book the assessment again+further treatment to the heaps because the results were not satisfactory. I show to up to my appointment having traveled just for that and there is nothing in thesystem. I get"

Staff lovely from the moment of entering the clinic, the store area and waiting area was a smart clean layout and welcoming. The procedure for botox was well explained . The Doctor who carried out the injections was polite and understanding and explained everything in detail and gave the injections with care . And the cost I thought was very reasonable, they also offer a follow up visit to check if things are ok and you are happy with the outcome etc. All in all from my experience i would have no hesitation at all in recommending the clinic to potential clients

I feel very comfortable with Katya, I've had a few treatments performed by her and this time a consultation and she has a very good energy about her, that simply makes me feel at ease and she is also very professional. For any future treatments I'll be certainly booking with Katya :)

Three weeks ago I had a treatment at Cavendish Clinic Kensington. Two weeks later I went into discuss that I was unhappy and I asked for a partial refund. The person I dealt with started defending herself by claiming she had told me information that she never had. We agreed to disagree and she was going to have another person in the clinic look at photographs of my skin and management would be in touch. This has never happened.........Ironically I received a message from the clinic after I left dissatisfied asking me to write a review as this is how they grow their business.Well here is it, I would never reccomend this clinic and am going to take further action.
