I suggest you out up your exchange and faulty policy in store. My vape was bought in November (not two months old) and not working. No refund or exchange offered. Will not be returning. could not post without giving a star! not diserved

Excellent experience here today. I was visiting Mumbles when my vape fell out of my pocket and smashed. This shop came up as nearest on google so I went there. The lady with the 2 dogs was very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful and I left the shop very happy with my new vape top!
