Disgusting service, took my lawn mower in as the pull cord had come loose had come loose on the bottom connection, the lady who greeted me was condescending and contradicted every second word I said, all the same I was there so I thought say nothing and just get the job done, they said they would get me a price so I left the mower with them and the next day I received a phone call stating the lawn mower needed a service on top and that it was going to cost me £100 in total, I was shocked as the lawn mower runs well I then informed the lady on the phone Thank you for the estimate for doing to job but it was beyond what I was looking to pay so I would come and collect the mower and take it elsewhere, when I arrived to pick it up 5 minutes later she stated that I appeared to get a little bit shirty on the phone and try to justify there expenses.I politely declined to have the job done with them so she then snapped well that's £10 for our time wasted I was shocked! as this was not stated in advance and I fell was only done out of spite I then went to, they then went to get my mower and unbelievably tried to give it back to me with several pieces removed which they had not bothered to re-attach 4 bolts from underneath, air filter cover etc.As I was now quite stressed by the whole issue I asked as you are charging me £10 are you not going to put it back together for me which the reply was ok but you will have to come back in a hour so I drove away and returned an hour later only for the man to stand in the entrance and state £10 please before you get the lawn mower, Amazing !! Actually quite insulting as my nose was well and truly out of joint by now I asked for a receipt .. I did not have my glasses on and only realised when I arrived home that it was scribbled on a Chelma Graphics notepad instead of an actual receipt book, What a joke, well I can strongly recommend this is a company to stay well away from.

Deva have been servicing and repairing my mowers chainsaws and Strimmers for years with no issues whatsoever. Always helpful, quick and efficient. They really know what they are doing with any garden machinery. Safe to buy from as well.
