Yoga by Charlotte

Thank you Charlotte for teaching a beautiful class yesterday in Uplowman. The combination of postures, which were accessible to all levels, and Yoga Nidra took me into a very deep relaxation which lasted for the rest of the day. It was a really lovely experience.

I cannot recommend Charlotte and her style of teaching enough! I have only had two classes but have already begun to feel a vast improvement in my wellbeing, both mentally and physically. I was a complete beginner and Charlotte made me feel completely at ease. Charlotte is a very skilled teacher and leaves the perfect amount of time for internal reflection and relaxation at the end of each session. I look forward to my future lessons with Charlotte and thank her for the impact she has already had on my wellbeing!

I find Charlottes' yoga classes brilliant. I have been going for about 8 months, and she brings something new to the class each week, a reading, a teaching, a poem or maybe music or a new posture.I find she really takes the time to understand the individuals in her class.The feeling I get from her class stays with me all day (I wish I could go to more of her classes rather than once a week!)
